This initiative, developed in collaboration with the Movement Communautaire des Progressists de Nippes (M.C.P.N.), responds to a critical humanitarian need in underserved rural communities where access to healthcare remains extremely limited.

RESHAPE ED (R.E.D) – Reshape Education & Development Initiative is a nonprofit organization founded in 2010 following the Haiti earthquake. The organization is dedicated to empowering communities through education, healthcare, and

sustainable development initiatives in underserved regions, particularly in Haiti.

Originally operating under IPVOFA (International Professional Veterans Organization for Ayiti-Haiti) and CMP (Creative Management Plus), Reshape Ed has evolved into a global initiative focused on removing barriers to opportunity. The organization has worked with youth, families, and vulnerable populations, including incarcerated women in Haiti, providing education, advocacy, and empowerment.

Reshape Ed operates on the belief that every person deserves access to education, healthcare, and opportunity. Its mission is to create long-term, measurable impact through community-driven solutions, transparency, and sustainability.

The project seeks $800,000 to establish a fully operational Community Health Center serving 50,000 people. The center will include primary care, maternity services, pharmacy, and ambulance services to reduce preventable deaths and improve access to healthcare.

Haiti faces critical healthcare challenges including high maternal mortality, infectious diseases, lack of infrastructure, and geographic isolation. Many communities lack access to even basic medical services.

The project will establish a fully equipped health center including consultation rooms, maternity ward, laboratory, and administrative offices. It will also deploy a fully equipped ambulance and a community pharmacy to ensure access to essential medicines. A trained medical team will provide services while community programs will focus on prevention and awareness.
