About Us
RESHAPE ED was created with a simple belief: every person deserves the chance to learn.
Our work began in Haiti in 2010 under the names
IPVOFA (International Professional Veterans Organization for Ayiti-Haiti) and CMP (Creative Management Plus). It was shaped by the stories, struggles, and strength of children, families, and communities who wanted more than survival-they wanted opportunity.
We listened.
We showed up.
And we realized something important:
The world is not short on potential.
It is short on access.
What began as a small effort to support students has grown into a movement rooted in dignity, equity, and possibility. Today, RESHAPE ED stands alongside learners of all ages, working to remove barriers and open doors.
We believe education is more than a classroom.
It is confidence.
It is inclusion.
It is respect.

Our Services
Our Values
Our work is guided by principles that honor the dignity of every learner and community we serve. These values are not just words; they shape how we work, how we partner, and how we show up every day.
Equity
We believe everyone deserves the same opportunity to learn, regardless of gender, background, or circumstance.
Dignity
Every person has worth. We serve with respect, humility, and a commitment to honoring the human behind every story.
Community
Change becomes sustainable when it is built with communities, not delivered to them. We listen, collaborate, and grow together.
Empowerment
Education gives people power; the power to choose, to decide, to build, and to transform their own lives.
Opportunity
We work to create pathways that make education accessible, because possibility should never depend on geography or privilege.
Accountability
We act with integrity, transparency, and responsibility, to our mission, our partners, and the communities we support.
Hope
We lead with optimism. We believe in the potential of every learner and the ripple effect one empowered mind can create.
Our WORK
OUR MISSION
At RESHAPE ED, we believe education has the power to reshape lives, strengthen communities, and transform futures. Our mission is simple yet deeply impactful: to remove barriers to education and ensure equal access to learning, opportunity, and essential resources for all.
Whether it’s a child stepping into a classroom for the first time, a woman returning to school, or a family rebuilding after hardship, everyone deserves the chance to learn, grow, and thrive.
Around the world, millions face challenges such as poverty, gender inequity, limited access to schools, and systemic obstacles that make education unreachable. We exist to change that.
RESHAPE ED began in Haiti, where the need for accessible and equitable education remains urgent. What started as a small initiative has evolved into a movement rooted in dignity, resilience, and long-term community impact.
Our Campaign's
Our Vision
We envision a world where access to education is not determined by geography, privilege, or circumstance, but recognized as a universal right. A world where every learner has the tools, support, and opportunity to thrive, contribute, and lead.
Our vision is a future where:
- children learn without limitation,
- women return to education with confidence,
- families rebuild their futures with dignity,
- and communities rise through knowledge, equity, and opportunity.
We imagine generations empowered not only by what they learn, but by the possibilities learning creates independence, confidence, mobility, and hope.
RESHAPE ED believes in a future where education reshapes outcomes, restores possibility, and redefines what’s achievable, not for a few, but for everyone.
