RESHAPE ED is a nonprofit organization focused on creating equitable access to education. Since 2010, we have worked with children, women, and families, initially in Haiti, previously name ( Ipvofa – International Professional Veterans Organization for Ayiti . Haiti) and CMP ( Creative Management Plus ). Regardless of name changes, our mission remains the same , aiming to remove barriers to learning and provide resources that empower individuals and communities to grow, thrive, and achieve independence.
Our programs are designed for learners of all ages, including children stepping into a classroom for the first time, women returning to education, and families rebuilding after hardship. We aim to reach individuals who face challenges such as poverty, gender inequity, or limited access to schools.
We collaborate directly with local communities to ensure sustainable impact. This includes listening to community needs, building strong local relationships, and designing programs that grow with the community rather than being delivered externally.
